WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to provide complete Design and Build mechanical services for a premium residential refurbishment in South Hampstead, London. The project involved a full transformation of a building into 14 high-end self-contained flats, with a focus on comfort, energy efficiency, and top-quality finishes. Completed in 2020, the mechanical scope included heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems tailored to modern luxury living.
Scope of Works
- Design: Coordinated mechanical system design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage using Polypipe PVC systems
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water distribution with Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: Premium fittings supplied and installed from Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch
- Ventilation: Nuaire System 3 Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) for improved indoor air quality
- Testing & Commissioning: Final system checks and certification to ensure performance and compliance
