- Drainage: Above ground drainage system installed using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water supply via Buteline piping systems
- Sanitary Ware: Premium fixtures by Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch
- Heating: Worcester boilers with Stelrad radiators providing reliable, efficient heating
- Gas Installation: TracPipe system for flexible, safe gas distribution
- Ventilation: MVHR systems installed using Nuaire units for enhanced air quality and energy performance
- Testing & Commissioning: Full mechanical system validation to ensure performance and compliance
