Scope of Works
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems with Buteline piping
- Sanitary Ware: Installation throughout all six office units
- Ventilation: Nuaire systems for controlled and balanced airflow
- Air Conditioning: Mitsubishi Heavy Industries systems for effective commercial climate control
