Scope of Works
- Mechanical Design: Coordinated with BIM, Revit, and Magicad for efficiency and accuracy
- Drainage: Above ground drainage using Polypipe PVC systems
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed with Geberit Mapress and Buteline
- Sanitary Ware: Premium fixtures from Grohe and Pura Bathrooms
- Heating: Infrastructure including Keston boilers, Stelrad radiators, and a Joule Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP)
- Gas Installation: GFS gas systems
- Ventilation: Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) by Nuaire
- Testing and Commissioning: Final system verification to ensure optimal performance
