- Design: Mechanical system planning and coordination using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage installed with Polypipe PVC systems
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water distribution using Buteline pipework
- Hot Water: High-efficiency domestic hot water cylinder integrated with Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan
- Sanitary Ware: Full installation throughout all units
