WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to carry out the full mechanical installation for a new-build residential scheme comprising 16 self-contained flats in West Hendon, London. Completed in 2018, the project included robust and energy-efficient heating and plumbing systems designed for long-term residential performance.
Scope of Works
- Drainage: Above ground drainage using Terrain PVC and HDPE systems
- Water Systems: Hot and cold water infrastructure for all residential units
- Sanitary Ware: Full installation of bathrooms and associated fittings
- Heating: Heat Interface Units (HIUs) and Stelrad radiators for efficient space heating and hot water
- Testing & Commissioning: Final system checks to ensure full compliance and optimal performance
