- Drainage: Above ground drainage installed with Polypipe PVC systems
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems using Buteline piping across all flats
- Hot Water: Joule Cyclone Air hot water cylinders for efficient domestic supply
- Sanitary Ware: Full installation of high-quality fixtures throughout all units
- Water Pressure: Installation of a Dab booster pump set to ensure consistent pressure across all floors
- Testing & Commissioning: Full system validation to ensure regulatory compliance and peak performance
