WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to deliver a full Design and Build mechanical package for a premium residential development comprising 15 self-contained luxury flats in Greater London. Completed in 2019, the project included the implementation of high-performance heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems—all designed to meet the expectations of modern, energy-efficient living.
Scope of Works
- Design: BIM-based coordination using Revit, Magicad, and HT2000
- Drainage: Above ground drainage systems using Geberit HDPE and Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems with Geberit Mapress and Buteline
- Sanitary Ware: Premium bathroom installations using Grohe, Duravit, and Pura Bathrooms
- Heating: Polypipe wet underfloor heating (UFH) and Vaillant boilers for comfort and efficiency
- Gas Installation: Delivered using GFS press-fit system
- Ventilation: Nuaire System 4 MVHR for optimal air quality and heat recovery
- Testing & Commissioning: Full functional testing and compliance verification
