- Drainage: Above ground drainage system using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed with Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: Installation of washrooms and kitchen fixtures

- Testing & Commissioning: Full system checks to ensure safe operation and compliance
