WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to deliver a full Design and Build mechanical installation for the complete refurbishment of 20 luxury self-contained flats in Kilburn, North West London. Completed in 2019, the project involved modernisation of all essential mechanical systems, ensuring energy efficiency, compliance, and long-term reliability.
Scope of Works
- Design: Coordinated mechanical design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed with Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: Premium fittings by Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch across all units
- Ventilation: Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) system using Nuaire System 3
- Testing & Commissioning: Full performance testing and compliance validation
