WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to deliver the complete Design and Build mechanical package for a newly constructed private family residence in Brent, London. Completed in 2017, the project involved the full integration of heating, plumbing, ventilation, and gas systems — designed for comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term performance.
Scope of Works
- Design: Full mechanical design using CAD, Hevacomp, and HT2000 software
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system using Terrain DB12 and Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed with Geberit Mapress and Buteline piping
- Sanitary Ware: High-quality fittings from Laufen and Duravit
- Heating: Polypipe wet underfloor heating (UFH) combined with Vaillant high-efficiency boilers
- Gas Installation: Flexible and safe TracPipe gas system
- Ventilation: Nuaire System 4 MVHR for balanced fresh air and heat recovery
- Testing & Commissioning: Full system checks, balancing, and certification
