WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to deliver a full Design and Build mechanical installation for the comprehensive refurbishment of 11 high-end self-contained flats in the sought-after area of West Hampstead, London. Completed in 2018, the project included the design and implementation of high-performance heating, plumbing, and ventilation systems to suit the premium residential market.
Scope of Works
- Design: Detailed mechanical design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage installation with Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed using Geberit Mapress and Buteline
- Sanitary Ware: Premium sanitary fittings from Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch
- Heating: Efficient heating via Worcester boilers and Stelrad radiators
- Gas Installation: Fully certified GFS gas system
- Ventilation: Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV) using Nuaire System 3
- Testing & Commissioning: Full mechanical system testing to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance
