WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to complete the full mechanical installation for two newly built 800 m² luxury family houses in Beaconsfield, UK. Delivered in 2016, the project combined elegant design with high-performance heating, plumbing, ventilation, and gas systems to match the scale and standards of premium private residences.
Scope of Works
- Drainage: Above ground drainage systems using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Full hot and cold water systems installed with Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: Luxury bathroom installations with Villeroy & Boch and Hansgrohe fittings
- Heating: Wet underfloor heating (UFH) across both properties, powered by high-efficiency Remeha boilers
- Gas Installation: Safe and certified gas system infrastructure
- Ventilation: System 4 Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) for optimal indoor air quality
- Testing & Commissioning: Full system testing, balancing, and certification to meet building standards
