- Design: Mechanical planning and coordination using CAD and Hevacomp software
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system installed with Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems using Geberit Mapress and Buteline

- Heating: Individual systems powered by efficient Vaillant boilers
- Gas Installation: Tracpipe flexible gas piping system
