- Design: Full mechanical design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad for coordinated execution
- Drainage: Above ground drainage with Polypipe PVC and Geberit HDPE systems
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water distribution using Geberit Mapress and Buteline piping
