Scope of Works
- Drainage: Above ground drainage with Polypipe PVC
- Water Systems: Hot and cold supply using Henco piping and Geberit Mapress
- Sanitary Ware: High-spec installations with Grohe and Laufen products
- Heating: Full infrastructure works including commercial Vaillant boilers, Stelrad radiators, and Inta Hiper II HIUs
- Gas Installation: Certified installation using GFS systems
- Fire Suppression: Installation of Automatic Fire Suppression Systems (AFSS)
- Ventilation: Central and local systems with Nuaire equipment
- Testing and Commissioning: Full systems testing to ensure regulatory compliance and efficient performance
