WHPS Mechanical Ltd was appointed to carry out the full Design and Build mechanical installation for a large-scale residential development in Hounslow, London. The project involved the construction of 67 self-contained luxury flats and required complete mechanical engineering services including heating, plumbing, and ventilation, all delivered to a high standard of performance and compliance.
Scope of Works
- Design: Full BIM coordination with Revit and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage systems using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water distribution with Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: High-quality installations from Grohe and Pura Bathrooms
- Heating: Centralised system using Keston boilers and Stelrad radiators
- Gas Installation: GFS press-fit gas system
- Ventilation: Nuaire systems including PIV and MEV for balanced and efficient air management
- Testing & Commissioning: Full mechanical testing and system validation
