This ambitious project involved transforming a commercial office space into 112 self-contained flats, requiring complex and highly coordinated heating, plumbing, and ventilation works. Scope of Works
- Design: Full system design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system with Geberit HDPE, Cast Iron Timesaver, and Polypipe PVC
- Hot and Cold Water Systems: Henco piping solutions for reliable water supply
- Heating: Infrastructure works including Hamworthy commercial boilers, Stelrad radiators, and Inta Hiper II Heat Interface Units (HIUs)
- District Heating: Installed using Geberit Mapress press-fit technology
- Gas Installation: Pegler Yorkshire VSH XPress gas system
- Sanitary Ware: Installation of high-quality fixtures from Grohe, Laufen, and Hansgrohe
- Ventilation: Centralised and decentralised systems with Nuaire equipment
- Testing and Commissioning: Full mechanical testing and certification to ensure compliance and system performance
