- Drainage: Above ground drainage using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water systems installed with Buteline piping
- Hot Water: Joule Cyclone Air hot water cylinders for reliable and efficient hot water supply
- Sanitary Ware: Full installation of modern fixtures
- Booster Pump Set: Installed to maintain consistent water pressure
