Completed in 2019, the project involved comprehensive plumbing and ventilation systems designed for high-specification residential living.
Scope of Works
- Design: Fully coordinated mechanical design using BIM, Revit, and Magicad
- Drainage: Above ground drainage system using Polypipe PVC
- Plumbing: Hot and cold water distribution using Geberit Mapress and Buteline pipework
- Sanitary Ware: Premium fixtures by Hansgrohe and Villeroy & Boch
- Ventilation: Nuaire System 3 MEV – Continuous Mechanical Extract Ventilation
- Testing & Commissioning: Complete performance checks and system certification
